We encourage open dialogue with all our stakeholders. Every year we publish our Corporate Responsibility Report detailing our approach towards environmental, social and economic issues. We also produce a range of publications telling you more about our policies on the environment, noise mitigation and community matters.

In addition, we publish Inform, a community newsletter, four times a year. Inform contains news and information from Heathrow and details of our environment, education and community relations initiatives.

The Heathrow Academy was refurbished in 2007. It contains the ‘Explore Heathrow’ exhibition, aimed at local families, with great views over the northern runway.

The Operations Communications team provides a comprehensive information service on all aspects of airport operations, for example, how aircraft are operating on a particular day, location of flight paths, how aircraft are directed in and out of Heathrow and aircraft noise. We have a dedicated noise website for detailed information.
